Pressed sushi (hakozushi) and battera
Osaka's traditional sushi is not nigiri but hakozushi, pressed in a wooden box. Battera is pressed vinegar-cured mackerel. Colorful boxes laid with shrimp, omelet and sea eel are also classic. Easy to take away.
